Marketing Specialist (Email, Reputation & Affiliate)
This role owns three key reputation and growth channels at Unlimit: owned email, earned media and PR, and partnered affiliates. The goal is to ensure a consistent, credible brand story across merchant touchpoints while driving commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the global email calendar, including newsletters, product launches, webinars, events, nurture campaigns, and client communications.
- Write, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using existing templates and audience segments.
- Manage QA, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and documentation of learnings.
- Maintain email templates with Design and monitor list health, deliverability, and compliance.
- Ensure email activity complies with GDPR and regional marketing regulations.
- Manage Unlimit's presence across review platforms, directories, and comparison sites.
- Run review-generation initiatives and respond to public reviews in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, media coverage, and share of voice.
- Support PR activities including media lists, award submissions, newsroom updates, and thought leadership placements.
- Manage affiliate and referral programs, including partner recruitment, onboarding, performance, tracking, ROI, and attribution.
- Develop relationships with publishers, comparison sites, industry media, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, sponsored placements, and partner content.
- Monitor KPIs across email, reputation, and affiliate marketing.
- Partner with Product Marketing on launches and GTM campaigns.
- Support events and webinars through email campaigns and partner promotion.
- Contribute to marketing planning, vendor management, and marketing technology initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience across marketing communications, PR, affiliate or partner marketing, or brand management.
- Hands-on email marketing experience with marketing platforms and knowledge of segmentation and deliverability.
- Demonstrable online reputation management experience, including review platforms, public response handling, listening tools, and sentiment reporting.
- Experience running or supporting an affiliate, referral, or publisher program, including tracking, attribution, and commercial negotiation.
- Excellent written English and strong editorial judgment.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, consent-based marketing, and advertising-disclosure requirements.
- Comfort with GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent analytics tools, and spreadsheet reporting.
- Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones.
