Kelly Oriental is a fast-growing aesthetics, skincare and wellness group with multiple outlets in Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing initiatives and accelerate our brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs such as leads, conversions and ROI.
• Lead content planning across digital and social media channels.
• Identify market trends, customer insights and growth opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with influencers, KOLs, media and business partners.
• Manage external agencies and vendors where required.
• Collaborate closely with Management to support new launches, promotions and business expansion.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has a minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Has proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Is confident managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and social media campaigns.
• Understands customer acquisition, lead generation and marketing analytics.
• Is able to plan, execute and optimise campaigns independently.
• Has strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Is proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to create bilingual marketing content and communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.
• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness or retail industry is highly preferred.
• Candidates with existing marketing resources, KOL/influencer networks or industry contacts will have a strong advantage.
