mechanical design engineer (automation system)
Job Scope & Descriptions:
- Serve as the key technical expert for designing automation solutions and developing winning sales proposals.
- Own the end-to-end technical process, from concept design through commissioning to longterm post-sales service and support.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system layouts and cost estimates.
- Design automated systems and custom mechanical fixtures or mechanisms using CAD software.
- Create and maintain all project documentation (drawings, manuals, BOMs, and service records).
- Perform hands-on integration, including electrical wiring, control panel checks, and robot programming.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure performance meets specifications.
- Provide on-site technical support during commissioning and post-deployment, including system service, maintenance, and customer training
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Looking mainly on mechanical design skills, especially on full machine design experience (Types of equipment : Automation system, robotics solutions, fixtures and etc.)
- Solid knowledge of CAD design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in automation-related areas, such as motors, motion control, robotics, and automated production lines
