Mechanical Maintenance Section Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within a heavy manufacturing environment
• With 3 years in Engineering Management background 
• Proven leadership experience with a strong background in team management and development

• Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Kaizen, and

  data analytics for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good command of English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all machine maintenance operations to ensure the factory meets production targets and adheres to planned schedules

• Supervise the mechanical maintenance team to ensure compliance with company standards and operational efficiency

• Plan, control, and execute maintenance activities for machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

• Manage and control the spare parts inventory to ensure availability and cost efficiency

• Monitor and control the maintenance engineering budget and expenditures to support effective financial planning

• Oversee the company's utility systems to ensure continuous, reliable, and safe operation

• Develop and strengthen the skills and capabilities of team members through regular training and performance evaluations

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
