Job Summary:

We are seeking a mechanical staff designer with a growth mindset and superior interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is eager to grow in their career to become an industry leader. The ideal candidate will have a role in interacting and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Performs routine code review and analysis.
• Performs routine design calculations and sizes standard equipment.
• Follows design standards set by the Project Manager, Lead Engineer, and Engineer of Record.
• Researches and presents equipment and design options to the Project Manager, Lead Engineer, and Engineer of Record.
• Follows company master design standards.
• Ensures that the QA/QC process is followed and documented.
• Develops a working knowledge of all system types within their discipline.
• Develops knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Creates project specific details, schematics, and sketches.
• Assembles specifications, including project specific information.
