Media Buyer
Our client is looking for a Media Buyer who is comfortable managing paid campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for results, and scaling successful initiatives. This role gives the candidate the freedom and responsibility to make a real impact by analyzing performance, testing new ideas, and driving measurable growth through paid media.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Campaign Management: Plan, set up, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms and channels.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily and apply ongoing optimizations to improve ROI, CPA, and conversion volume.
- Budget & Pacing: Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and delivery to ensure campaigns consistently hit performance targets.
- Testing & Scaling: Test and refine audiences, targeting strategies, creatives, and funnels to improve efficiency and scale.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and identify trends, insights, and new opportunities for growth.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives and platform best practices.
- Tracking & Attribution: Monitor tracking, pixels, attribution, and data accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies or performance issues when needed.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance reports and clearly communicate results and insights to the internal team.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and paid media best practices.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience across paid advertising platforms for B2C online products, platforms, and/or services.
- Seniority Potential: Individuals with experience developing media buying infrastructure and managing teams could be considered for a senior role.
- Buying Models: Experience managing campaigns using CPM, CPC, or CPA-based buying models.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, campaign optimization techniques, tracking, pixels, and attribution setups.
- Format Versatility: Experience working with multiple ad formats (e.g., display, native, video, social).
- Analytical Mindset: An analytical approach with the ability to interpret data, make performance-driven decisions, and execute structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Execution: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication & Traits: Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus), combined with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced performance environment.
