Member of Technical Staff, Agentic Banking (Product Engineer)

Own the customer-facing workflows, backend business logic, financial integrations, APIs, and developer experience for agentic payments. Scope ambiguous customer needs, ship and operate production features, and work within security, compliance, and financial-system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack product features spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and operational workflows.
• Design backend state machines and customer-facing status models for payment and stablecoin flows.
• Create integration documentation and onboarding examples for self-service customer adoption.
• Lead ambiguous product initiatives from customer need through safely shipped product change.
• Own API design, backend behavior, error states, documentation, and customer conversations.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify friction and improve APIs, documentation, and self-service experiences.
• Develop domain knowledge in crypto, stablecoins, fiat payment rails, and compliance-sensitive workflows.
• Communicate financial product behavior clearly across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify ambiguous problems.
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, APIs, documentation, and customer workflows.
• Experience with or willingness to learn financial systems, crypto, banking, payments, and compliance-sensitive products.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong AI-assisted execution habits and sound judgment about delegation.
• Bias toward useful, correct, reliable systems.
• Comfort working directly with customers.
