Member of Technical Staff - Applied AI

Design and ship user-facing products that combine advanced AI capabilities with dependable workflows. Work across the stack to deliver robust, intuitive solutions, integrating LLM capabilities such as retrieval, reconciliation, and safeguards directly into products.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-facing applications integrating AI features with clear, repeatable workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs, data models, and frontend components that are understandable and reliable.
• Integrate LLM capabilities, including retrieval, reconciliation, and safeguard mechanisms, directly into products.
• Write code structured for both humans and AI agents to interpret and build upon.

Requirements

• Experience delivering production-grade AI-powered features or products.
• Proficiency in building APIs, data models, and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with working directly with LLMs or similar advanced machine learning models.
• Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code for human and automated agent collaboration.
