Member of Technical Staff - Full Stack
Work with Product and Engineering to design, build, and scale end-to-end applications for an AI cloud platform, contributing across infrastructure, backend systems, frontend interfaces, product development, and engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale end-to-end applications for the AI cloud platform
- Architect scalable backend and infrastructure systems
- Implement features across backend and frontend
- Improve development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to frontend interfaces and product user experience
- Ship production-ready features end-to-end
- Structure, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments
- Design data models and APIs and build frontend architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript
- Fluency in Python for backend systems
- Experience with Drizzle ORM, Postgres, Vercel, and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines
- Strong product sense and user-focused design
- Experience shipping production-ready features end-to-end
- Experience running and interpreting A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience designing large-scale applications, data models, APIs, and frontend architecture
- Preferred: experience with AI developer tools or at-scale distributed systems
- Preferred: experience with Supabase, Figma, or design collaboration workflows
- Preferred: familiarity with feature flag systems and PostHog
- Preferred: familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- Preferred: previous leadership or mentorship experience
