Member of Technical Staff, Wealth (Technical Lead)

Plan, build, release, and maintain high-quality backend software while driving system architecture and technical direction. Develop APIs and automation for client-facing services supporting advisors, custody, and trading; lead complex projects; improve maintainability through refactoring; foster testing practices; and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience building backend services
• Experience building complex distributed systems
• Experience leading large-scale architectural projects
• Experience building resilient services
• Focus on end-user experience and business value
• Commitment to code quality and test infrastructure
• Strong concurrency, algorithms, and data structures fundamentals
• Willingness to collaborate and mentor others
• Familiarity with Go, with languages learnable on the job
