Membership Sales Advisor

Matick Auto Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Membership Sales Advisors at our brand-new Southfield location.

This isn’t your typical retail or car wash job. You’ll be the first person customers meet, helping them choose the right wash package while introducing them to the value and convenience of our Unlimited Wash Club memberships.

If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and like the idea of earning more through your performance, we’d love to meet you.

No previous car wash experience is required. Sales experience is preferred, but we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Help customers select the best wash package for their needs
• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• Consistently achieve and exceed membership sales goals
• Assist customers at our self-service kiosks and answer questions
• Resolve payment and kiosk issues when they arise
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every visit
• Work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year
• Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and inviting
• Full time schedule, including some weekends

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Motivated by goals, competition, and earning commission
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends

Compensation

• Competitive hourly base pay
• Unlimited commission opportunities

• Typical earnings of $18 to $24+ per hour
