• Ensure that all MEP deliverables align with the highest quality standards and meet client specifications.
• Lead, guide, and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to project timelines.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment to drive project success.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the project team, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
