MEP Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP installations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive MEP strategies that align with project goals and client expectations, utilizing advanced project management tools.

Skills
- Experience: 10 years in UAE MEP construction projects (high-rise, Buildings ,villas, or infrastructure).
- Strong project management skills, enabling effective oversight of complex construction projects and ensuring timely delivery.
- Proficient in MEP systems design and installation, with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication abilities, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations relevant to MEP installations.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of engineers and technicians towards achieving project goals.
- Budget management expertise, ensuring financial control over MEP project expenditures.
