MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across our real estate development projects under a PPP framework.

The role is responsible for managing MEP design coordination, technical reviews, construction execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality building services from design stage through project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP activities across multiple development projects.
• Review and coordinate MEP designs, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
• Ensure integration between MEP systems and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor site execution, quality standards, and project progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Support procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP engineering, design management, or project delivery.
• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Familiarity with PPP/EPC project environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
