MEP Sales Project Manager

Job Summary:

To manage and support project-based sales activities for MEP and construction projects by coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful project sales execution to achieve company revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities for assigned MEP and construction projects.
• Identify and follow up on project sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to support sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Support contract negotiation and project handover processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.

Main Requirements:

• At least 1 year of management or team-leading experience.
• Proven project sales experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas:
  • MEP projects (air conditioning, elevators, chillers, etc.)
  • Construction projects (main contractor or subcontractor)
  • Construction materials (steel, pipes, decoration materials, etc.)
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
