We are looking for talented, creative, enthusiastic and motivated people who genuinely care about what they do. The Metal Hardware Specialist is responsible for operating the appropriate CNC, fabrication and power tool equipment while following all safety precautions as required. The right candidate will have a fun, confident and positive attitude while ensuring customers' orders are manufactured to world class specifications. A good sense of humor, resourceful mindset and passion for custom manufacturing is required.

Job Summary and Job Functions
- Cut and assemble materials to specifications
- Quality check each order to ensure standards are met
- Package each order to completion and prepare for shipment
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut and prepare raw materials for assembly
- Use tape measures, squares, protractors, angle finders to accurately cut and drill holes in metal and wood
- Cut, grind, drill, and lay out a wide variety of materials
- Operate industrial forklift
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
- Keep the shop and work area clean and organized
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet short deadlines without compromising quality
