The Network & Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization’s computer domain servers and networks for corporate enterprise systems along with systems in a secure environment. This role ensures stable enterprise/network performance, assists with server/network upgrades, resolves connectivity issues, and provides technical support for server/network hardware, software, and infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Domain, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks

• Install, configure, and support server and network hardware (domain controllers, application servers, switches, routers, firewalls, access points)

• Support secure network environments, including role based access controls and RMF requirements

• Assist with system/network upgrades, patching cycles, and modernization efforts

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and hardware issues

• Perform routine administration/network maintenance, backups, and documentation

• Support VoIP systems, network cabling, and infrastructure components

• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to support mission critical operations

• Maintain network asset documentation and change logs

• Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and cybersecurity best practices
