Mid-Level M&A / Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a Mid-Level M&A / Corporate Lawyer to join a Dubai-based organisation on a 3-month contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong mergers and acquisitions experience to support the business on a broad range of corporate transactions and strategic projects. Working as part of the in-house legal team, you will advise on M&A transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and general corporate legal matters. The role requires a lawyer who is comfortable working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructuring transactions. • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. • Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction execution. • Support joint ventures, corporate governance, and strategic business initiatives. • Provide practical legal advice on corporate and commercial matters. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers throughout transactions. • Identify and manage legal and commercial risks.
