Job Description
- Develop, evolve, and maintain backend services in Python and/or Golang
- Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and internal tools for the credit marketplace
- Work on flows related to simulation, eligibility, offers, orders, and partner integrations
- Contribute to improving the performance, resilience, observability, and quality of applications
- Support technical investigations, incident analysis, and fixes in critical environments
- Develop automated tests and contribute to engineering best practices
- Work together with Product, Data, Security, Operations, and other technology teams
- Participate in technical discussions and propose scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions
Qualifications
- Experience as a backend developer
- Experience with Python and/or Golang
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases
- Experience with Git and version control best practices
- Knowledge of automated testing
- Ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity tasks
- Good communication, collaboration, and organization skills to handle multiple demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring, especially with Datadog
- Experience with logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts
- Experience with distributed systems, critical integrations, or high-volume transactions
- Previous experience with financial products, credit, banking, fintechs, or marketplaces
- Knowledge of application security and secure development best practices
