E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Military Capabilities All Source Analyst to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends.
- Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft.
- Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities (MILCAP) problem sets.
- Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth.
- Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makers
