Mobile Clinic Driver

Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a full-time, dependable and safety-focused Mobile Clinic Driver to help bring quality healthcare services to rural and underserved communities. This role is essential to the success of our Mobile Health Program, ensuring the clinic is transported safely, maintained properly, and ready to serve patients throughout our region. This position requires travel throughout the service area and may occasionally include evening and weekend work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and transport the Mobile Clinic to scheduled sites.
  • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain mileage, fuel, inspection, and maintenance records.
  • Monitor generator, HVAC, electrical, and operational systems.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, fueled, stocked, and ready for service.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown activities.
  • Support healthcare staff with non-clinical operational tasks.
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Follow organizational safety policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Class B Commerical Driver's License (CDL) or higher. Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certification. Clean driving record.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of commercial driving experience. Experience operating large vehicles in varying road and weather conditions.
  • Strong attentional to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound judgement and professionalism.
