WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) …
We are currently seeking a Master’s Level Clinician or Licensed Registered Nurse to provide community and office-based emergency services. Preference will be given to Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP), but NMH will provide the training and assist with the certification process for individuals eligible to become QMHP’s.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals.
- Responding to crisis calls and emergencies in the community promptly and effectively.
- Able to work a minimum of two shifts per month.
- Attend assigned in-person meetings.
- Conducting thorough assessments of individuals in crisis to determine their immediate needs and level of risk.
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical and risk assessments.
- Advocating for individuals in crisis to ensure they receive timely and appropriate care. This includes continued engagement and follow-up services.
- Documenting all assessments, interventions, & referrals accurately and comprehensively.
