Mobile Engineer
- Collaborate with designers, customer engineers, support engineers, and go-to-market teams
- Define, build, ship, and iterate on our Mobile platform to improve performance and usability
- Partner with customers and support teams to shape the product roadmap and refine the user experience
- Solve complex product and technical challenges in mobile development
- Work across a variety of technologies and platforms (React Native, React.js, JavaScript, Objective-C, Java)
- Ensure high-quality user experiences with attention to detail and technical excellence
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Experience with React Native
- Experience with JavaScript, Android, and/or iOS build tooling
- Experience leading technically demanding and cross-functional projects
- Ability to make quick, informed technical decisions while engaging relevant stakeholders
- Strong customer-focused mindset and willingness to collaborate directly with users
- Habit of reflection and understanding of personal success drivers
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience with Expo, Objective-C, Swift, Java (Android), or Kotlin
- Experience mentoring other engineers and collaborating closely with design teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
