Job Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and non-Ford vehicles remotely
- Travel to customer homes, workplaces, and other locations to complete service appointments
- Handle many of the same repair and maintenance tasks performed in a traditional shop environment
- Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle systems independently
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
- Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mobile work environment
