Mobile Therapist

Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated Mobile Therapist (MT) to provide individualized therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in their homes, schools, and community settings. The Mobile Therapist delivers evidence‑based clinical interventions, completes assessments, and develops treatment plans that support emotional regulation, skill-building, family engagement, and overall mental health stability. In this role, the MT works collaboratively with families, treatment team members, and community partners to ensure comprehensive, strengths‑based care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, flexible, and skilled in providing therapy in a variety of real‑world environments to meet children and families where they are.
