Responsibilities:
核心叙事框架与内容设计
- 深度参与产品叙事框架、内容结构及核心角色表达的规划与设计，推动叙事 DEMO 方案高效实现与快速落地。
- 负责长期内容体验的叙事包装与表达设计，确保内容风格统一且具备持续演进能力。
高品质文案撰写与内容表达
- 负责产品内核心文案的撰写与包装，包括系统文本、角色语音文本（VO）、交互事件及长期运营内容等。
- 确保整体内容表达在语气、结构与沉浸感层面保持高质量一致性。
内容研究与创新探索
- 深度研究行业内主流产品的叙事表达方式与内容趋势，探索创新性的互动内容体验。
- 结合用户反馈与市场变化，为长期内容迭代提供高质量创意方向与表达方案。
跨团队协作与落地推进
- 编写高标准叙事文档与内容需求文档，清晰定义视听表达需求与内容实现标准。
- 主动协调美术、音频、设计、工程与制作团队，高效推进关键内容方案落地。
用户体验洞察
- 深入理解目标用户体验需求，通过内容表达增强产品沉浸感与长期参与感。
- 系统性评估内容方案的创新性、可行性与整体体验价值。
Required Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历，6年以上互动娱乐或游戏内容设计/文案策划经验。
- 具备大型在线产品或长线运营内容项目经验，曾参与新项目从研发到上线或核心开发阶段者优先。
- 拥有扎实的文学功底与叙事设计能力，能够独立完成长线内容规划与角色表达设计。
- 具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够将抽象概念转化为可执行的内容需求。
- 具备优秀的文字审美与内容把控能力，能够在复杂项目环境下保持高质量输出。
- 对互动体验与沉浸式内容表达具备深入理解。
- 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、信息整合能力与文档表达能力。
- 能够适应快速迭代与跨团队协作环境。
Desired Qualifications:
- 具备大型长期运营 IP 的内容体系经验。
- 曾主导大型互动娱乐产品或多人在线产品的内容设计工作。
- 具备全球化产品研发或跨地区协作经验。
- 有内容团队管理或项目管理经验者优先。
- 能够熟练使用英文撰写设计文档并进行跨团队沟通。
