National Sales and Service Director-Floor Care-East

The National Sales and Service Director-Floor Care-East is responsible for achieving the annual revenue plan within the floor care product categories assigned. This role aligns with the overall corporate strategy of market penetration, focusing on Betco and Basic Coating branded, as well as private-label floor care categories, primarily through the Jan/San channel, Contractors and National Accounts. The position also involves driving end-customer demand. Duties of this position include ensuring revenue growth for the current Floor Care product line via sales engagement, training, brand positioning and product awareness, sales support, and other sales related activities.

This position requires a self-starter who can drive revenue growth in the Floor Care category. Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, remain organized, prioritize according to organizational needs, as well as think critically and develop solutions that will create success. Must also be able to collaborate effectively with multiple departments, including Field Sales, Corporate Accounts, National Accounts and Business Development. Sales experience, specifically in commercial floor care, is required.
