Nearshore Sector | Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect with a strong consultant mindset to join our team in the Technology Consulting & Enterprise Solutions division.

This is a high-impact, fully autonomous, and client-facing role. We are not looking for a junior developer or a simple app builder. Instead, we need a senior engineer who can lead technical workstreams from day one, drive architecture discussions, design scalable low-code/no-code ecosystems, and confidently recommend solutions directly to enterprise clients without internal shadowing.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Consulting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, driving solution design workshops, defining Power Platform governance strategies, and recommending best practices.

• Power Apps & Business Applications: Design, architect, and build complex Canvas and Model-Driven applications with advanced business logic, custom components (PCF), and responsive layouts.

• Process Automation & Power Automate: Architect end-to-end cloud and desktop (RPA) flows to automate complex enterprise workflows, ensuring optimal performance, error handling, and API integration.

• Dataverse & Enterprise Integration: Model secure, scalable relational data structures in Dataverse, and design custom connectors and REST API integrations with Azure services, SAP, or Microsoft 365.

• Environment Governance & ALM: Enforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit standards, managed solutions, DLP policies, and automated Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Total Autonomy: Ability to onboard, assess business needs, and deliver immediate architectural value from day one without internal supervision.

• Client-Facing Seniority: Proven experience leading technical discussions, managing C-level stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Proven Enterprise Deliverables: A solid track record of end-to-end Power Platform implementations in complex, high-security enterprise environments.

• Advanced Technical Stack: Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI integration, and custom connector development.

• DevOps & ALM Mastery: Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI, solution packager, and CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments (Dev/Test/Prod).
