Network Engineer

Develop and operate secure, scalable, decentralized blockchain infrastructure, including a 1,000-node network and $500 million in assets. Optimize the system for 100 million requests per second while maintaining $50,000 in monthly operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a blockchain with high security, scalability, and decentralization
• Operate a network of 1,000 nodes and $500 million in assets in an open development environment
• Optimize 100 million requests per second at $50,000 monthly operational cost

Requirements

• Specialization in cloud operations, optimization, and kernel technologies
• 3 to 5 years of work experience
• 1 year of startup experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work 5 days full-time in the Palo Alto office
• Availability for off-hour emergency support
