-NEW- 12 Months Project Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across the Cards, Payments and Personal Loans portfolio, including new product launches and product enhancements.

· Manage project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance to ensure successful execution.

· Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards, with effective oversight of key milestones, dependencies and decisions.

· Oversee business testing activities, including test planning, User Acceptance Testing(UAT), defect management and business sign-off, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and programme specifications.

· Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions.

· Drive smooth end-to-end implementation, including readiness planning, deployment support, post-implementation validation and stabilization activities.

· Facilitate project discussions, status meetings and stakeholder communications to maintain momentum and support timely issue resolution.

· Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology and relevant external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

· Collaborate with regional teams and external partners, where required, to ensure alignment with broader programme objectives.

· Support other project, business and operational initiatives within the portfolio inline with evolving business and programme priorities.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 year of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
