New Business Development and Service Planning Leader Candidate
Lead business planning, service development, requirements organization, project management, partner contracting, and guideline creation for PayPay's merchant business. Drive new payment products, financial services, promotional services, merchant applications, alliances, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and promote business plans for assigned services
- Plan new features and organize system development requirements
- Manage projects as PMO
- Conclude contracts with partners and establish terms of use and guidelines
- Lead projects with internal and external team members
- Lead the planning and development of new payment products for merchants
- Lead the planning and development of next-generation PayPay payment user experiences
- Lead the promotion and development of the PayPay for Business merchant app
- Develop business strategies and launch new B2B payment and related financial services
- Plan and lead in-app services such as PayPay Coupons
- Lead alliance projects with representative companies in various industries
- Plan and lead payment and promotional services using AI agents
Requirements
- Experience leading projects involving the planning, launch, or growth of a business or service accompanied by system development
- Experience leading project management, including negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
- Presentation creation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Simulation and graph creation skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to create requirements specifications or definition documents
- Negotiation skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using generative AI for planning and execution
- Business-level English ability is preferred
- Experience in the cashless industry is preferred
- Experience working at a fast-paced IT or venture company is preferred
- Experience launching a large-scale new business is preferred
