Sky Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Provo is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team. We are looking for people who are confident, energetic, professional, and committed to taking care of customers while building a successful career in automotive sales.

Automotive experience is preferred, but not required. We provide paid training, proven sales processes, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
Conduct professional test drives and product presentations
Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business
Follow up consistently with internet, phone, showroom, and previous customers
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
Negotiate professionally and work with management to structure and close deals
Maintain strong knowledge of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup
Stay informed on current incentives, promotions, financing options, and inventory
Work closely with Sales Management and the Finance Department to deliver a smooth customer experience
Consistently work toward and exceed individual and dealership sales goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Are confident communicating with customers face-to-face, by phone, and electronically
Are coachable and willing to learn
Can handle rejection and remain positive
Have strong follow-up and organizational skills
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, wireless, real estate, or other commission-based sales experience is a plus—but not required.
