Non-Profit HR Director (1-person HR Dept Generalist)

We are specifically seeking a proven HR Generalist leader with recent experience operating in a one- or two-person HR department, where they personally managed both the tactical and strategic aspects of a full-cycle employee lifecycle. This experience is essential for success in this position.

This is NOT a position for someone who has spent years leading HR teams and/or delegating HR work, and has been removed from day-to-day execution.

MUST RESIDE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS

WORK IS MOSTLY REMOTE; REQUIRES OCCASIONAL TRAVEL LOCALLY
