NUVA Institutional Partnership Manager
This role focuses on identifying and engaging asset issuers and institutional partners, leading end-to-end onboarding, coordinating with legal, compliance, product, and technical teams, and supporting successful RWA launches on NUVA.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage strategic partnerships with asset issuers to drive onboarding of RWAs onto NUVA
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of asset issuers, managing outreach, due diligence, and onboarding processes
- Manage ongoing relationships with asset issuers and institutional partners
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, product, and technical teams to ensure regulatory and product standards are met
- Support asset issuers with product education, documentation, and technical integration
- Develop strategic partnerships with TradFi and Web3 institutions for joint initiatives and use cases
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships or business development in fintech, DeFi, digital assets, or traditional finance
- Proven success securing and managing high-value partnerships with asset issuers or institutional partners
- Established network among asset originators, managers, funds, banks, DAOs, or major Web3 protocols
- Strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA, and DeFi
- Proactive and results-oriented with ability to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus
