Off-Cycle Analyst, Investment Banking

Join Areta's growing digital-assets advisory team and work closely with senior bankers and founders on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. Conduct market and financial analyses, build valuation models and public comparables, prepare client materials, and contribute to strategic recommendations across live transactions and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates, including valuation, due diligence, and process coordination.
• Conduct company, market, and token ecosystem research to inform client materials and recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models and public comparables for transaction analysis.
• Prepare client presentations, investor materials, and internal briefing documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth execution across live projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance and transaction execution.
• Excellent communication, project management, and presentation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
• Demonstrated interest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies.
