Officer, Sales Management
Duties:
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, channel sales reports, and communicating relevant information to the team
- Provide sales support with other functional teams: Retail Marketing, Marketing, and Product Marketing
- Collaborate with other departments (Business management & Compliance) of providing sales channels related information
- Reach out to the relevant channels for related business information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales reports and system materials
- Handle the process of all sales reporting with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the preparation of new product launch
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales field
- Experience in sales-oriented, order and invoice processing are preferable
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Good communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office, especially knowledge in MS Excel for data analysis
