Offline Event Project Manager - Thai or Expat

Position Title: Offline Event Project Manager
Language Requirements: Fluent in Thai (as a working language); proficiency in either Chinese or English

*Can be expat but fluent in Thai, not offer visa and work permit, no social security. Pay in dollars*

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily communication and collaboration with clients, accurately interpret and convey client demands, and coordinate internally to address these needs. Responsible for handling event requirements.
2. Effectively manage client demands, coordinate internal and external resources to address and advance project needs.
3. Oversee offline project progress and results, communicate with clients and suppliers in a timely manner, control the project timeline, and ensure effective advancement.
4. Handle communication and coordination with both internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Summarize and archive projects, organize internal documents, and materials.
6. Proactively identify and resolve issues, promptly reporting any unsolvable problems to supervisors.

Position Requirements:

• Fluent in Thai (as a working language)
• Fluent in either Chinese or English (as a working language)
• Detail-oriented and self-driven
• Experience in large-scale offline event planning and project management
• Familiar with the gaming industry, ACGN, and emerging online trends
• Excellent communication, comprehension, execution, and stress management skills
• Proficient in computer operations and software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and gamer preferences; gamers preferred
• Based in Bangkok, Thailand, with remote work
