OK4WD Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist – Off-Road & Overland Gear

OK4WD is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist who can provide essential support to our ecommerce team and enhance our customer satisfaction as we continue to grow. We are one of the leading offroad and overland ecommerce retailers in the nation based in Stewartsville, NJ.

As an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-online, over the phone, and via email. You'll play a key role in providing support, answering questions, and guiding customers through their online purchase experience. While previous customer support experience is a bonus, it's not required. As long as you have a passion for taking care of people, we can teach you the rest.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post-sales support
• Process orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails
• Respond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat
• Update customer records in the company database
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers
• Interest in the automotive and off-road industries a plus
• Experience with BigCommerce a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies such as CRM, POS, and web based systems
• Comfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a must
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Good team worker
• Must be detail oriented and responsible
• Must have ability to accept constructive feedback
• Fluent in Spanish a plus
