What to Expect
In this role, you will work directly with C- suite level, and get involved in group strategic planning, business developlement, and expansion plans to create and implement market growth strategies and operations improvements. Your analyses and creative thinking will guide where we go next.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct market analysis on technology, electronics and semiconductor industry to help our group identify business opportunities.
- Perform analysis for group business performance and deliver insights to senior management.
- Evaluate potential strategic investment or M&A targets and partnership opportunities with execution plans.
- Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to work closely with different departments to ensure company growth.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and manufacturing teams to assist strategic decisions of senior management with our market intelligence.
Qualifications
- BS/BA or MS/MBA in engineering, economics, business administration, finance, or equivalent.
- Experience explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to related parties and translating business objectives into actionable analyses.
- Self-driven with strong analytical, highly numerate, problem solving, communication (verbal and written), good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Superior Excel financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English & Mandarin.
