OPEARATION MANAGER
- Lead and manage day-to-day ambulance operations, including manpower scheduling, dispatching, and on-ground coordination
- Oversee fleet readiness, medical equipment, safety and operational logistics
- Supervise a team of medics, paramedics, and operations staff; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Ensure all activities comply with medical, safety and regulatory standards, including company operational protocols.
- Monitor operational KPIs (response time, case completion, incident reporting) and implement process improvements
- Liaise with clients, event organisers, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
