Operation Manager / Area manager

Basic Salary: From $4,000 depending on experience + OT (If Applicable) + AWS + VB

Location: Near Buona Vista MRT

• Steakhouse Fine Dining Restaurant
• 11AM - 11PM (8 hour rotating shift)
• Able to work in rotating shift
• 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Operates and manages the restaurant operations
• To create, update and audit the stalls/restaurants SOP and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently by the team
• Oversee the planning of duty rosters and ensure prudence
• Analyse and propose sales & promotional strategies
• Conduct timely reviews on food and operating costs to ensure that they are in line with the budget
