Operation Manager (F&B) - JL18
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of two or more F&B outlets.
- Monitor sales, P&L, food costs, labor costs and wastage.
- Manage staff scheduling, rostering and manpower planning.
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance.
- Manage inventory, ordering, suppliers and stock levels.
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods or staff shortages.
- Monitor kitchen efficiency, food preparation and service standards.
- Train and develop service and kitchen staff.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and handle staff issues.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a good customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant restaurant/F&B experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, Assistant Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
