Operation Manager
Design and build AI-powered workflows for entity compliance tracking, deadline monitoring, document routing, and intercompany agreement management. Own global entity infrastructure, centralize entity data, prioritize high-leverage solutions, support executive decision-making, and establish scalable operations policies and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows that automate entity compliance tracking, deadline monitoring, document routing, and intercompany agreement management across 20+ jurisdictions
- Own global entity infrastructure, including incorporation pipelines, banking setup, director management, registered agent renewals, and annual filing calendars
- Create a centralized, always-current source of truth for entity data
- Identify high-leverage bottlenecks, build effective solutions, and prioritize what not to build
- Support executive decision-making through structured research and project execution
- Establish operations policies and documentation that enable a lean team to scale
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, legal operations, or business management, ideally in a fast-scaling startup or technology company
- Systems-oriented thinking and process ownership
- Comfort with AI tools such as Claude, automation platforms, or agent frameworks
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong financial and compliance literacy, including budgets, intercompany agreements, and multi-jurisdiction filing requirements
- Precise written and verbal communication
- Fluency in Korean and English, written and verbal
