OPERATION MANAGER
Job Description
• Provide direction and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Collaborate with team to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Familiarize with Chinese Restaurant models, policies, standard operating procedures and processes.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising food & beverage and kitchen staff.
• Develop marketing strategies and promotions, creating a year-long plan for all outlets to increase visibility and sales.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Foster a customer-focused environment and encourage staff to exceed guest expectations.
• Maximize revenue while maintaining control over labor expenses and other operational costs.
• Monitor revenue and expenses, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and updating menus in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain brand standards.
• Assist the Regional Director of outlet with daily operational strategies and coordinate communication with the MarCom department.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in in Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience managing multiple restaurants and food and beverage outlets is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team development.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers).
