Operation Manager (Up to $7000 / 5 days / Gul Circle)

Job Title : Operation Manager (ID3624)
Location : Gul Cir
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:15am-5:30pm
Salary up to : $6000-$7000

Responsibilities:
• Lead operations teams to achieve production and operational targets safely and efficiently.
• Manage production planning, customer orders, tolling operations and order fulfilment.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage warehouse, logistics and inventory activities.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, engineering and site facilities.
• Ensure compliance with IMS, GMP, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Quality and other departments.
• Manage plant improvement projects and engineering contractors.
• Drive process improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues..
