Operations Analyst (Bank I Corporate Action I Up to 4.5k)

The Job

• Assist with the processing of Corporate Action events, as well as other ad hoc operations and processing tasks.
• Translating Corporate Action events details into our system. E.g. Our agent inform us of a dividend payment for next month, the person will need to interpret that this is a dividend event and input the required data into our system.
• Ad hoc operations and processing tasks includes assisting in doing reconciling data, investigate discrepancies, etc.
• Answering queries from client and liaise with custodian for resolution of outstanding issues.

The Talent

• No experience required
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers
• Experience in Corporate Actions is a plus (e.g., dividends, rights issues, bonus issues)
• Able to interpret event notices and input accurate details into the system
• Good communication skills to follow up with custodians and address client queries
• Strong attention to detail and able to investigate basic discrepancies
