Operations Associate/Manager - Digital Asset Exchange Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operation of a digital asset exchange platform, including onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, listing evaluations, token issuance, due diligence, troubleshooting, UATs, documentation, integrations, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exchange technology platforms and operational workflows
• Manage client onboarding and account opening
• Process asset transfers and trade settlement
• Prepare reporting and reconciliation
• Evaluate listing applications and manage token issuance
• Manage capitalization table records
• Provide client support and handle inquiries
• Conduct due diligence on clients and listings
• Troubleshoot platform issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain operational documentation and manuals
• Coordinate external partner integrations
• Perform UATs and suggest enhancements
• Assist with regulatory reporting and internal controls
• Contribute to ad-hoc operational projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field
• 2-8 years of experience in financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, and capital markets
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Flexible, hands-on ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Preference for candidates based in Malaysia
