Operations / Delivery Manager — Project-Based Role
Summary
Part-time, project-based audit and optimization of development and delivery processes for a digital products studio, with hands-on work structuring Jira workflows, building metrics dashboards, automating workflows, and rolling out AI agents across project management.

We are looking for an Operations / Delivery Manager on a project basis (Part-Time / Project-Based) whose key responsibility will be to audit current processes, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and build an efficient development and team management system.
Responsibilities
Audit current development and project management processes and identify key areas for improvement.
Build and implement processes for planning, estimation, delivery, and team performance control.
Structure and optimize Jira workflows, tasks, sprints, deadlines, ownership, and reporting.
Build a system of metrics and dashboards to track project and team performance.
Work with Project Managers to improve management quality and implement consistent standards and best practices.
Automate processes and implement AI agents and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Requirements
Experience as an Operations Manager / Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery / PMO Lead or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience in building and optimizing development processes, not just working within established systems.
Strong expertise in project/delivery management and Jira.
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Project Managers.
Experience building metrics, dashboards, and process automation.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and AI agents to optimize workflows.
