We currently own a fleet of 20 ambulances, all adequately equipped to ensure maximum safety and comfort during transportation. They canal so accommodate patients of varying sizes, weights, and accessibility needs.
Our teams are well-trained to provide patients with safe and reliable transfer services from or to home, hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Dialysis Centres.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations by scheduling and dispatching medical transport vehicles to ensure timely patient and equipment transfers
- Supervise and coordinate Medical Transport Operators (MTOs) and Medical Technicians (MTs) to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Monitor fleet usage and maintenance schedules to uphold safety and compliance with transport regulations
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify and implement improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and respond to inquiries promptly to maintain smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate operational records and generate regular reports to support data-driven decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within medical transport
- Familiarity with transport regulations and compliance standards relevant to medical transport services
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, and fleet management systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of GCE N Level or equivalent experience in logistics, healthcare, or related fields
- Strong organisational skills demonstrated by effective scheduling and resource coordination
- Problem-solving skills applied to resolving operational challenges and improving processes
- Communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively
