Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail showroom specializing in commercial fitness equipment for gyms and health clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.

• Lead and supervise the sales and operations team.

• Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

• Monitor inventory, logistics, and product availability.

• Coordinate with suppliers and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in operations management.

• Previous experience in the fitness equipment or sports equipment industry is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve operational targets.
